I am inspired by how I feel in the world and how I experience my surroundings. I enjoy designing and making things like furniture and objects that are inspired by my experiences but can be enjoyed by others.

The Heer-oh Desk is a desk and partition design made of wood, shoji paper and leather.

How do you create a beautifully curated working environment without the space?

The Heer-oh desk is inspired by having minimal space to productively get work done at home. The goal of this design is to create a calm and focused work environment. Nature and the benefit of being in nature inspired the material choices of natural pine wood, shoji paper and leather, which work together to create a positive work experience. The desk comes together using almost no hardware. The panels are connect by an "L" joint and locked in by the desk with the hinges being made of leather.

The Heer-oh Desk sits closed in a minimalist bed room environment

In a small space it's hard to separate you work and home life. When the work day is done you don't want a constant reminder of it. The Heer-oh Desk closes up so you can hide your work and keep your home relaxing as it should be.

Inside of The Heer-oh desk with a laptop and some notebooks.

The desk has enough storage for a few books and notebooks. It is a perfect solution for someone who mostly works on their lap top or other electronic devices. The leather inlayed desk top will age beautifully with time and, along with the shoji paper and natural pine wood. Additionally, there is a reading light and outlets to elevate the working experience.
